Len Bellezza

Len Bellezza has provided leadership and guidance to many of the nation's largest retailers in all areas of merchandise, category, sourcing and store operations. Mr. Bellezza was previously with Macy's for twenty years where his positions included various merchandising and information technologies roles.

Mr. Bellezza was a director in retail strategy and operations for Deloitte Consulting. He previously worked at Frederick Atkins Inc., where he served as Vice President and a member of the Operating Committee. While at Frederick Atkins, he directed operations, global logistics, and merchandise processing facilities, and technology. He developed an overall sourcing strategy with key agencies in the Far East.

Mr. Bellezza is a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving as both a Tactical Intelligence Officer and Armor Unit Commander. He received a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Larry Field

Larry Field has an extensive background in managing and designing transportation programs for clients inbound and outbound freight requirements, and is particularly successful at generating significant freight and distribution cost reductions for clients. He has more than 35 years experience in the areas of:

Freight management
Retail transportation
Distribution center design
Manufacturing processes

Mr. Field is widely experienced in assisting companies with the design and implementation of outbound delivery and inbound vendor routing programs that provide checks for compliance, carrier pricing and operating information. In particular, he is highly skilled at implementing management reporting systems that allow for timely analysis and reporting of costs and status of shipping results.

Ron Heagle

Ron Heagle has an extensive background in the food service and hospitality industry as a Senior Vice President for EcoLab. During his tenure the company sales grew 10 fold. In later years he established a similar business directing the Molson/Diversy marketing operations. Mr. Heagle has developed several patents in refrigeration controls and has launched a company specializing in mold and allergen control, energy management, and indoor air quality.

Dave Hinder

Dave Hinder has over 25 years in the retail arena. Dave guided operations and human resources functions for Macy's East rising to the level of Senior Vice President for Human Resources. Dave has directed similar functions at Cherry and Webb and most recently has introduced new energy technologies to the department store industry.
